To ensure that Inmedius eNews gets past your spam filters and into your inbox, follow these simple instructions for adding us to your whitelist in Outlook, Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, Mozilla, AOL and other email clients.

Outlook 2003

1. Open the latest issue of our newsletter by double clicking on it
2. Right-click the "From:" address, news@inmedius.com
3. Click "Add to Contacts" in the shortcut menu that appears
4. Click "Save and Close"

If you are a new subscriber or you are not receiving our newsletters, add us to your Safe Senders List:

1. On the Tools menu, click "Options"
2. On the Preferences tab, click "Junk E-mail"
3. On the Safe Senders tab, click "Add"
4. In the dialog box titled "Enter an e-mail address or Internet domain name to be added to the list...," copy and paste news@inmedius.com
5. Click "OK"

Gmail

1. Open the latest issue of our newsletter
2. Click "More options"
3. Click "Add sender to Contacts list"

If you are a new subscriber or you are not receiving our newsletters, add us to your Gmail Contacts List:

1. Click "Contacts" along the left side of any Gmail page
2. Click "Add contact" near the bottom of the left column
3. Copy and paste news@inmedius.com into the dialog box that appears
4. Click "add"

Hotmail

1. Open the latest issue of our newsletter
2. Click "Save Address" in the toolbar (near top of the page)
3. Click "OK"

If you are a new subscriber or you are not receiving our newsletters, add us to your Hotmail Safe List:

1. Open your mailbox and click "Options" (upper right hand corner of page)
2. Click the "Junk E-Mail Protection" link (top of page)
3. Select the "Safe List" link (second from bottom)
4. Copy and paste news@inmedius.com into the dialog box titled "Type an address or domain"
5. Click the "Add" button

Yahoo!

1. Open the latest issue of our newsletter
2. Click "Add to Address Book," which is next to our email address in the "From:" line
3. Click "Add to Address Book"

If you are a new subscriber or you are not receiving our newsletters, set up a filter to whitelist us:

1. Open your mailbox and click on "Options" (upper right hand corner)
2. Select "Filters" (in the Management column)
3. Click the "Add" link on the Filters page
4. Update the "From header:" rule with the following 2 pieces of information: "contains" and news@inmedius.com
5. Click the "Choose Folder" pull down menu and select "Inbox"
6. Click the "Add Filter" button

Mozilla

1. Click the "Address Book" button
2. Make sure that Personal Address Book is highlighted
3. Click the "New Card" button. This will launch a New Card window that has 3 tabs: Contact, Address & Other
4. Under the Contact tab, copy and paste our news@inmedius.com into the Email dialog box
5. Click "OK"

Whitelist your Personal Address Book:

1. From the main drop down menu, select "Tools" > "Junk Mail Controls"
2. This will launch the Junk Mail Controls window that has two tabs: Settings and Adaptive Filter
3. Under the Settings tab, update the Whitelists module by selecting "Personal Address Book" from the pull down menu and then check the box next to "Do not mark messages as junk mail"
4. Click "OK"

AOL

1. Open the latest issue of our newsletter
2. Click the "Add Address" icon
3. Click "Save"

If you are a new subscriber or you are not receiving our newsletters, add us to your AOL Address Book:

1. Click the "Mail" menu and select "Address Book"
2. Wait for the Address Book window to pop up, then click the "Add" button
3. Wait for the "Address Card for New Contact" window to load
4. Paste news@inmedius.com into the "Other E-Mail" field
5. Make our From address the "Primary E-Mail" address by checking the associated checkbox
6. Click "Save"

Other Email Clients

If those options are not available and our messages continue to be filtered, call or email your ISP's technical support and ask how you can be sure to receive all email from news@inmedius.com. If they need to know the domain we're mailing from, tell them: inmedius.com.
