PITTSBURGH, PA — July 21, 2005  Inmedius, Inc., a leading provider of innovative, performance-oriented applications that cultivate, organize, and disseminate data and technical information assets, announced the award of its largest North American commercial contract to date for the Inmedius S1000D™ Publishing Suite software for creation, publishing and viewing of technical documentation conforming to the ASD S1000D™ specification by Bell Helicopter Textron’s Commercial Business Unit.

The multi-year, multiple license Inmedius software and service contract will initially support variants of Bell’s 412CF and 206B Helicopters. The aircrafts are renowned for working in extreme conditions, and are designed for intelligence and every day work day capabilities. Bell Helicopter plans to expand its use of the Inmedius S1000D™ solution to the technical documentation needs of other projects within the company, as well as to address multilingual publications and client-specific configurations and requirements.
