Located midway between Ottawa and Montreal, Tech Pub Expert provides high-quality services in designing and writing SGML and XML, technical and procedural manuals, training guides, elearning development, SCORM, and other forms of technical information. Tech Pub Expert also assists organizations to implement their own documentation strategies through consulting and training support services.
