Mr. Alan Jackson
Lead Technical Author, Former New Integrated Marines Communications Information System (NIMCIS), General Dynamics UK Limited

Mr. Jackson was with General Dynamics (South Wales) from 2005 to 2007 and has been involved with a variety of SGML programmes since 1995. As Lead Technical Author for NIMCIS, Jackson was tasked with the development of a functional role based XML solution specific to the RNLMC, using the platform based data from the BOWMAN programme as raw data.

Jackson’s past positions have seen him involved with SGML conversion programmes for Volvo Cars and the design and development of DEF STAN 00-60 compliant SGML data for Naval radar systems.
