Mr. Bruce Brooke
Business Development Manager, Northrop Grumman Technical Services (NGTS), Life Cycle Optimization and Engineering Group (LCOE)

Mr. Brooke has been with Northrop Grumman Corporation, Oklahoma City since September 1991 and has been involved with Commercial and DoD Technical Data Publications software development, configuration management, conversion, production and distribution since 1984.

Currently, Mr. Brooke is the Business Development Manager for the Oklahoma City office of NGTS LCOE Field Sustainment Engineering, Technical Data and Software Support. His current program customer locations include: WP-AFB, WR-ALC, OO-ALC, OC-ALC, Lockheed Martin Aerospace – Ft. Worth, NAVAIR, UK Royal Air Force – BAE Systems, UK and Akimeka Technologies – Native Hawaiian Organization performing S1000D™ Data Conversion. Weapon systems supported by Mr. Brooke’s Technical Data organization are: USAF: E-3 AWACS, ICBM, F-15, C-5, C-130, B-2, F-16, E-2C, UK AWACS and the ALC Technical Order Home Office’s at Warner Robins and Hill Air Logistics Centers, each relating to Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals and Integrated Digital Environments. Mr. Brooke is a participating member of the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA) Technical Publications working group and participates in several DoD, USAF & USN technical data specification management groups to include the USSMG and EPWG, focusing on US and International technical publication standards to include: Mil-Spec for Air Force, Navy and Army applications and S1000D™ for International applications. In addition, Mr. Brooke chairs the NGTS Technical Data Integrated Digital Environment IPT.

His past positions include serving as the Integrated Digital Environment (IDE) Business Area Programs Manager for Northrop Grumman Space Technology, Oklahoma City Avionics Engineering Center (OCAEC). He managed the OCAEC IDE business development and program management activities in Oklahoma City since January 1996.
