Sonovision-ITEP of France is implementing the Inmedius S1000D Publishing Suite™ to support the design and production of S1000D technical documentation for its aerospace and defense projects worldwide. Europe’s leading technical information processing group, Sonovision-ITEP employs 1,200 people across 11 technical centers in France, seven subsidiaries across Europe, and in Canada. The company services an impressive roster of clients representing both manufacturers and operators, including; Air France, Alstom, the Paris Transit Authority (RATP), and Airbus France.

S1000Dinteract™ Delivers Issue 4.0 Support
New Features Enhance Ease of Use
Interact is a browser-based system allowing local users to view and share S1000D compliant documentation on a standalone basis, or while connected to a server over an Intranet or the Internet. The latest release provides support for the Specification’s Issue 4.0 schemas. Connected Interact includes unique ease of use enhancements, including; single sign-on, new configuration options and context sensitive troubleshooting.

When a Fault occurs, Connected Interact displays a specific DM.

New Features Enhance Ease of Use
The Quality Assurance solution for S1000D documents, Review streamlines the comment and approval process in a complete, closed-loop system. The October 2009 release provides support for the Specification’s Issue 4.0 schemas.

S1000Dreview Change Bars
Changes are highlighted on screen that compares information in the current document to a previous edition.

A new Change Marker feature is also included in the software update that displays alterations from previous versions of documentation. Change Markers are displayed based on the attribute’s Mark, Level, and the Element <change>. View Review v4.0 Highlights
