Associate Marketing Manager
Inmedius is a software product and software services company headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA with operating locations in the U.S., Germany, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and India.

We are offering a qualified individual an excellent opportunity as an integral part of the marketing team in a fast-growing software development company. The Associate Marketing Manager is responsible for assisting in the direction, execution and analysis of all marketing initiatives.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coordinate marketing activities for Inmedius software products worldwide.
  • Create literature and collateral for sales and marketing (including content development, editing, layout input, trafficking, and production coordination).
  • Draft and distribute press releases via the appropriate PR networks and contacts.
  • Develop, manage and evaluate online advertisements (Adwords).
  • Develop, coordinate and evaluate direct mailing campaigns.
  • Develop topics and content for web seminars; promote and manage the sessions.
  • Research and manage worldwide trade show schedules.
  • Evaluate and provide recommendations based on the effectiveness of marketing programs and concepts.
  • Maintain and improve the sales prospect database.
  • Establish priorities and determine project direction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, English or related discipline.
  • 2-4 years marketing experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Superior writing skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate persuasively and with integrity.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in German or French is a plus.

The individual must possess all of the following characteristics.

  • Well organized with the ability to handle multiple assignments as well as a high volume and fast-paced environment.
  • Must self-evaluate and adjust quickly based on organizational demands.
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills.
  • Ability to work well with others, take initiative, and be self-motivated.
  • Ability to use in-house databases.
  • Experience with MS Windows and Office applications; excellent computer skills and telephone manner.
